Wicca

"Do what you will but do no harm." I was told was Wicca's "Golden Rule" equivalent. One should take care not to cause emotional harm. The world suffers because people are blind to the emotions of others. In the Christian-religious system (which is not true Christianity) only prophets have the power to know what the hearts of others, so many become blind to the effects of their own actions because they believe they have been no prophets since the finishing of the Bible. Scripture itself gives proof to their deception, but they have closed their hearts to each other and to Truth. True Christianity is open to Truth and the Bible is Truth, but many who claim to be disciples of Christ, don't even know the words that he spoke. Christ spoke parable of a king who invited those that benefitted from his protection and laws to his son's wedding and none of those "honest" citizens came, instead giving excuses for their absence. The king, who symbolizes God, order his troops to slay the wretches and send messengers out to the highways to invite the dishonest citizens so that there would be guests at the wedding. Those that know they are not good are more likely to be in heaven than those that believe that they are good. For if you believe that you are good, how can you accept forgiveness for the evil that you do? It doesn't matter what rule you life by; everyone fails to live upto it. (Sorry for being long winded, but I enjoy complexity. )

Thats true. I also know very good people who had to suffer a lot. This karma thing doesnt make sense. Just try to stay alive and be happy folks!

Good people suffering? Maybe you just don't really know them that well. If it IS you, then maybe you are just not admitting EVERYTHING. Assholes that get the world handed to them is where I question Karma.

YoOoster, you are probably right, but the biggest assholes and most twisted sick fucks I have ever ran into were all weilding christianity like it made them a wonderful person because they could just get forgiven for whatever they feel like doing. From my experience, people that choose cristianity are most likely to have a reason to be burning in Hell. There are always exceptions, but there is a reason they are called "exceptions".

Don't get me wrong about Wicca either. I'm not saying that all of its people are wonderful. It is just that as a religion it isn't any worse than any other one.

I would like to point out that Wicca is no worse than any other religion. I'm not religious, but I never met a wiccan that tried to cram their beliefs down other peoples throats. They are big into a kharma type existence, where "if you do bad shit then bad shit happens to you three fold... so do good shit." Unlike hypochristian belief of "do all the bad you want, as long pray to the Flying J and his Mommy Dearest."

Wicca is just a dumbass religion, its like merging witchkraft, christianity and hippie-movement into one thing.

i'm not sure on any details, i actually know little about wicca at all, but i believe it is a major or semi-major religion that falls on the darker side of things, you know, with pentagrams and whatnot. i'm not sure though, so don't take my word for it...
